Laser Engraving & CO2 Engraving Explained

One of the many highly advanced branding methods we use is Lazer Engraving. This method is relatively new but is already regarded as one of the most popular ways to brand items. Here is how it works…

Advanced machines shoot a controlled, high-powered lazer beam at an object. The lazer burns away the material to leave an imprint, which is eventually made into a shape. This allows for accurate and quick branding on almost any material.

The lazer (Light Amplified by Stimulated Emission of Radiation) is programmed to burn a specific design into the material. The detail, depth and size can be preprogrammed to certain specifications. Once ready, the machine is activated and the lazer does its thing.

Lazer Engraving is a preferred method of branding, especially on metal products, as it’s a quick and accurate solution for branding a detailed design.
